Financial aid is a dynaminc and changing process. After the 10th day of the semester, aid adjustments are often made to students' financial aid awards to reflect the number of credits they are enrolled in for the semester.
In addition, adjustments are made as we learn of outside educational resources such as: employer tuition assistance, scholarships, veterans benefits, and Vocational Rehab assistance.
What you should double check:
BroncoWeb > Student Center > Finances > Account Balance > [all links labeled Fall 2008]
BroncoWeb > Student Center > Finances > Financial Aid > Accept/Decline Financial Aid > 2009
Have you accepted all of the aid you want to receive?
Do you still owe any money for fall 2008?
Why you should double check your records:
You will be unable to register for spring classes if adjustments this semester have caused you to owe student fees
You may have less financial aid in place for spring semester if additional educational resources were added after fall semester began. You will want to plan accordingly.
You may be missing out on free money if you have grants that have been offered but not accepted by you!
