It's Not Too Late to Submit the 2008-2009 FAFSA...

...even if you did miss the Priority Deadline.

If you submit the 2008-2009 FAFSA now, your application will still be evaluated for a Pell Grant, SEOG, ACG, and SMART grants as well as federal Direct Loans. Parent PLUS loans are also an aid option for dependent students.

The earlier you submit the FAFSA, the better. Here are the reasons why:
bullet

You have more time to spot and to resolve any Financial Aid To Do items that may appear on your BroncoWeb records

bullet

You can increase the probability of having your financial aid in place to pay your fall 2008 fees before the Fee Payment Deadline

bullet

You can save $50 or more in Late Fee charges

bullet

You might be able to buy your textbooks before you actually need them

bullet

You can avoid the August panic of late applications and documents.

bullet

Financial aid application processing and verification review is MUCH faster in April, May, and June.
