Awarding Spring 2011 Promise Scholarships to can be tricky for new transfer students or returning Boise State students who took time off from classes because your eligibility needs to be evaluated. It is common for a Promise Scholarship to be added after you have been awarded other aid. You may need to provide us with information as described below.
Boise State Students Returning after a gap in enrollment:
The maximum number of semesters that you can receive the Idaho Promise scholarship is four semesters.
If you believe you are still eligible for a Promise Scholarship, you should email FAQuest@boisestate.edu with the following information:
Name and Boise State ID Number
What you were doing. Were you on a mission? Did you attend another college? If so, which college did you attend?
Semester you last received Idaho Promise Scholarship
New Transfer Students:
The maximum number of semesters that you can receive the Idaho Promise scholarship is four semesters.
If you received the Idaho Promise Scholarship while attending another State of Idaho college, please alert our office if you believe you are still eligible to receive this scholarship at Boise State.
