Refund or Balance Due?

Use this Worksheet for Comparing Costs to Financial Resources to determine if you will receive a refund after fall aid has disbursed, or owe a balance.

Once you log into BroncoWeb:

• Find the "Student Center" screen under the Self-Service heading.
• Scroll down to the "Finances" section
• To determine your student fees and on-campus housing costs, you have two options.
  1. Easy, summary of your BroncoWeb account outstanding charges
  2. Detailed, itemized items showing each charge, deposit, and payment. Basically shows each accounting transaction
• Determine your financial aid amounts for one semester under "View Financial Aid."

The screens below represent information for fall semester, but can easily be applied to spring semester as well.
