You will find your To Do items (as well as information about Holds) online using BroncoWeb. The icon below will take you to the BroncoWeb home page.
Once you log into BroncoWeb:
Find the "Student Center" screen under the Self-Service heading.
Locate the shaded boxes on the right-hand side of the screen
IF you have To Dos, the titles will be listed in that shaded box (see screen print at bottom of this tip)
At the bottom right corner of that box, you will find "details" with an arrow. Click on details.
Each To Do item that you have, is listed there and it shows the name of the department that posted the To Do item. Disregard the status column!!! If you can see a To Do item, here is some action needed by you, the student or parent.
Click on the hyperlinked title of each To Do item to read specific instructions and directions.
Please note that To Do items are typically for a specific academic year, and some are very specific for a semester.
For example, if you see an item that says "No Fall Aid" it will only apply to that fall semester and it will have no impact on spring or summer financial aid. Separate To Do items will be visible for each semester where there is an issue.
If you did not or will not enroll for that semester, you may ignore that To Do item.
If you do want financial aid for that semester, then you will need to follow up on your admission status.
Once a To Do item has been completed or fixed, it will disappear from your view!
